Custom and personalized orders
Yes i am open to custom orders, i love getting creative and coming up with new designs for you, send me a message and we'll get right to work. I am also open to adjusting designs of my listings to fit your needs, including, but not limited to, changing the bouquet paper, adding signs like happy birthday, happy anniversary, graduation, etc., removing flowers or adding them, adding characters, or plushies, etc. Please do note that there may be an extra cost depending on the request.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I could also customize the shipping box the bouquet comes in at an extra cost, like wrapping it in giftwrap paper, adding perfume, extra gifts, fairy lights, etc. message me so we can discus your idea and extra costs. I have videos and pictures of custom shipping boxes I've created for customers shipping a bouquet directly to their loved one. i love making your moments special
Care instructions
To extend the life of the bouquets keep them in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight. All the plushies are pinned so the bouquet can be taken apart and the plushies are not damaged by glue. You can also display the bouquets in a see through vase, bouquet holders are available too
Shipping
Bouquets are made to order and I handmake them with love, package them with care, and ship them. Please allow around 3 days for the bouquet to be ready for shipment. If you need them for a specific date, message me so I can make sure they're done and shipped on time, I'm a one person team, but I'll do what i can to make it happen. During the holidays, order weeks in advance to make sure it gets to you on time, the post office will have delays do to the volume of orders.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at otakubouquets@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any return questions at otakubouquets@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like all PLUSHIE BOUQUETS, all perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
